Such a big difference from when we visited in January! Yes, the prices went up a bit but it's well worth it! The process is easy, extremely friendly staff and the product is Grade A! They have the information set up (digital) for you to see what you are purchasing as well as samples to physically see. Shout out to Kim, Akeem, Rick, Tom and the young lady up front for providing spectacular service! We'll be back!

Over priced, over priced, over priced. Let’s make a stand Vegas and stop letting them take over every dispensary and shot up the prices!! We can stop this! We are the people giving them our money. Stop. If you keep doing it everyone will raise their prices. Right now we can make a stand. Soon we can’t. We decided what happens in the long run. Let’s put our foot down!

Horrible selection of products and lack of management. False advertisement on local and friend discounts!!! We were told upon arrival that we would be offered a local discount & a friend discount for bringing a friend. After choosing our products from a poor selection, no discount was offered at checkout. When we asked about the local discount that we were supposed to receive, we were told that we were not locals because we only had our passports with a different address. We have lived in Vegas for two years and had our work cards with us and our bills from our current Vegas residence to show and the manger, Cheyenne would not accept that and still stated that we were not locals. When we then asked about the friend discount since she wouldn’t give us the local rate that we actually deserved, she stated that we are NOT her friends and would not be receiving any type of discount even though the staff had told us that a discount would be given upon arrival. I’ve been in upper management and respect the rules and understand there are certain regulations and criteria to follow. However, having valid documentation that you are a local, the discount should have been honored. Especially with the attitude and unprofessionalism that the manager, Cheyenne had presented. Very very very disappointed with this experience and I will not be back. To top this whole experience off... when we returned home; the amount of change given back to us was incorrect. We then returned to the dispensary to get our correct change. After a hassle of running the cameras we were given our correct change back. We then asked was there anyway we could please just return everything due to the whole disappointing experience. The manager Cheyenne then again told us no, she wasn’t doing that because she had only been using the system for 3 days and didn’t know how. We said okay, and when I asked her how long had she been a manager for, a few months? She responded no, almost a year. I said, a year, yes, I can tell since she had been very unprofessional. I then proceeded to walk out saying have a great night as Cheyenne was coming towards me following me out the door asking, “do you want to keep going?” ... wow. My point proven. What kind of management is that? Good luck to the business owner in the future. I know you can’t always control your employees and it’s unfortunate that they are the face of your company.
