For the most part, the customer service is on point. My boyfriend and I have been going to Reef for almost a year now. Lately, when we have tried to order online, the prices have been fluctuating. We usually pay whatever price is posted online, which is what drew us to start going to Reef in the first place. However, lately the explanation I have been given is "the price on there is before tax or doesn't include tax." That reason would valid if the price of the product matched what was on our receipt. If something is advertised for 8.47 (before tax) online, but then the price for that exact item is listed as 10.57 before tax on my receipt??? The money isn't an issue. It's the advertisement issue. It almost feels like they pick and choose when to add tax and when to not. Prices haven't been matching lately and not every worker will fix it to price match. Otherwise, the staff is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is great.

Hubby has been here twice before and we had a pit stop in Vegas on our way to a job. For such a busy place they were pretty quick and very helpful. Hand you a list of what they have when you walk in. You get to view all the lotions and bath bombs and all while you're in line. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful experience. They should have at least one shop everywhere they can.

This is the first dispensary I have gone to. When I arrived I was quite nervous as I have not been in such an environment before. A very nice woman named Angie educated me on everything I would need to know and what I should be interested in. I definitely will be returning and asking for her in specific!

Totally recommended this place when you visit. I have been here 2 different times and the tenders are awesome and knowledgeable. Great prices and sometimes they have sale prices.

I like this dispensary, & only go to this dispensary on the north side of town. They're professional, kind, and when there's a line, they move it along quickly while still getting the customer what they want & being nice while doing it, now that's good customer service. Even the security is nice. My personal favorite BT is Miranda. she was really nice and got my item in a speedy time because I was in a hurry. Thanks Miranda! See you next time I come in. :)

I love this place. Even when they have lines all the way down the sidewalk they get us in as fast as possible. Sometimes their supply is low and prices are higher than other times but you just have to know when to go. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are very friendly. I have never been disappointed. I will only recommend Reefs to people. This is a place you can feel safe in. They have great security.

best quality product, very consistent, strains vary but at least the quality is high. no pun intended. I highly recommend the Express line, the employees on the phone are extremely knowledgeable and offer excellent suggestions. in and out so quick even security says damn!!!

Customer service was horrible today. When I walked in I, the customer greeted the security guard with a bad attitude. Asked him how his day was and there was no character or care with his "good" response. No welcome to reef. For a first time in their not pleased. Then talking with a lady about the products, I was given the vibe that I wasn't supposed to ask questions. Overall, wont go back.
