Was real quick which was nice. Front counter girl and the tender dude were nice. Sad part is that it is my first and final visit to this place. Anyone who knows their stuff, will want a fresh or semi fresh batch. The package given to me was 7 month old crusty weed, harvested back in April. Lesson learned, I'm sticking to my neighborhood buddy from now on.

I used to go here all the time and I LOVED it. That’s not so much the case anymore. They use to have the best prices but now it comparable to literally anywhere else. They took their shake away, and now only have it on Tuesdays. Which is extremely inconvenient for people like me that can’t make it on Tuesdays. And their wax is extremely expensive for small quantities. The only good thing about this place anymore is their staff. I wish it would go back to how it use to be when it was first opened.

Got a couple cartridges by scarlet oilworks, they had a foul odor and taste. Manager stated its company policy they cant exchange open packages, nothing she could do for me. Customer satisfaction clearly not a priority here steer clear

Went in because I received a discount through text. At first, I thought it was going to be a cool place to go and see their variety since they have 3 locations. We went in and were made to stand in line. There was was person for cashier and one person helping us out. The rest had to wait in line and not allowed to look around. I can see maybe if you had multiple customers but it was one person and multiple of us in line. The budtender wasn’t helpful at all. Every question was responded to with a quick reponse as if for me to hurry up. All I got to see was the menu and no samples to smell or recommendations. This has been the driest experience within a dispensary I have had so far.

I've visited two of the three Canopies here in Las Vegas the one Downtown & the one in North Las Vegas. Both are a Wonderful place to buy Cannabis Products for Recreational & Medical Use. Very knowledgeable staff & everyone is always so friendly & welcoming. All the Canopies have different specials on products Plus a discount for being local.

For my first time ever I'm not impressed with the people who are supposed to be helping me. Didn't get the free pre rolled for my first time visit and I spent over one hundred dollars on this Monday morning. Plus the variety needs improvement in vape pen cartridges was not what I was expecting. There needs to be more quality products available on a consistent basis. Person helping me should be there for me and not just to make the sale.
