Horrible selection of products and lack of management. False advertisement on local and friend discounts!!! We were told upon arrival that we would be offered a local discount & a friend discount for bringing a friend. After choosing our products from a poor selection, no discount was offered at checkout. When we asked about the local discount that we were supposed to receive, we were told that we were not locals because we only had our passports with a different address. We have lived in Vegas for two years and had our work cards with us and our bills from our current Vegas residence to show and the manger, Cheyenne would not accept that and still stated that we were not locals. When we then asked about the friend discount since she wouldn’t give us the local rate that we actually deserved, she stated that we are NOT her friends and would not be receiving any type of discount even though the staff had told us that a discount would be given upon arrival. I’ve been in upper management and respect the rules and understand there are certain regulations and criteria to follow. However, having valid documentation that you are a local, the discount should have been honored. Especially with the attitude and unprofessionalism that the manager, Cheyenne had presented. Very very very disappointed with this experience and I will not be back.

This dispensary used to be one of the best in the valley but now they're under new management. Very limited selection, no more great deals, guards standing around everywhere, and their new higher prices aren't even clearly listed. You have to ask someone to scan it before they'll tell you how much. I'm so sad. What happened?

Now that the new owners have taken over, things are starting to get a lot better! They are starting to get a better product and a much larger selection. You should give this place a second chance now that the new owner has had some time to get their act together.

New management tanked this location. Rent-a-cops are jerks and treat customers like garbage despite the fact that every paying customer helps them stay employed. The staff used to be awesome, but I imagine with the new management they are either stressed or I'm fear of their jobs so they too are slowly becoming as bad as the new management. Go to another dispensary. There are far better options at this point.

Would have recommended this place last week, now I’d tell you it’s a rip off, it’s atmosphere changed and no one looks like they want to be there from the staff to the customers. How could you ruin this dispensary MedMen. Why take over something people love and make it something no one wants to be a part of?
