I've been going here for almost a year now, I love it. The staff is always great, I wish they had a bigger selection of flower but it's always quality. I'm just sad on my birthday when I told them it was my birthday they ignored it, even though on my friends they gave her an extra preroll 😭😭. Oh well. 5 stars either way.

Terrible customer service on Decatur. Waited in their waiting room for almost 30mins alone, only to have the next group go straight in before me and not have to wait. When I brought it to security’s attention, I was given a quick look up and down and ignored. There’s isnt a minority in the building and everyone seems to have their noses up in the air. They treat us veterans this way.

Friendly and always familiar staff, always welcoming. Great selections, not cash only, very Nice look. As a local this is always my first choice, with other locations theyre obvious tourist traps and dont give a damn Whether you come back or not. I always feel valúed and am i always satisfied with my purchase here

Kind of attitudey staff and they have absolutely no respect for the recreational customers privacy they require you to be in their computer system which puts people at risk who have no need to be at risk. Almost every dispensary in Vegas does not require you to be put into their computer there is no reason to shop here when there are so many other places that respect your privacy EDIT SINCE RESPONSE: The day I dealt with this I went to both locations and was told twice that my name and information would be stored in the computer and there was NO WAY AROUND IT. I wasnt offered to have a nickname used, I was turned away because I didnt want my private info saved for what was clearly marketing purposes. Ive since found numerous dispensaries that dont try to store my information so dont feel the need to revisit Blum. As for removing my review why would I do that since it happened at both of their locations?
