Definitely the only dispensary to shop at in Tallahassee. The staff is great, especially Jasmine (she rocks!) They do only accept cash but have an ATM 🏧 in the lobby. The lobby itself is very comfy with couches, flat-screen televisions, and a water cooler.

My previous review was fairly negative, but in the last quarter of 2018 I have to admit that a lot of the problems I complained about were remedied. Overall I am beyond satisfied with no complaints.

I love this place for many reasons. Their products are great, they allow returns for their faulty products which some places don't, staff is polite and well trained for patient load, there is VARIETY, they offer discounts for veterans and people with snap although not well advertised, and their store is bright and clean. They stay busy so I have to call sometimes to make sure my products are in stock before pick up so I hope they keep an in house line. You may need a second location to handle patient load! I don't go anywhere else really because their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

New to all this is the first thing i said as we introduced ourselves. 1 1/2 hour ride to learn cannot pay with credit card. I was informed that was common knowledge. COMMON TO WHO? NOT NEW CUSTOMERS! Asked if they could tell me an approximate cost, so I could go get money from my bank? I was informed not until I was ready to pay. Seriously?! So i asked how should I determine how much money to take out of my ATM? Their answer, that will depend on your ATM withdrawl limit. Seriously?! When reviewing my doctor's recommendations ...they suggested i try something diferrent to save money. Sounds great, i said. Then i asked, is there any reason my doctor would have recommended the more expensive product. Their answer, well i don't know i wasn't their when he prescribed it. Seriously?! Folks i am not making this up I have no reason to. Looking for alternatives now Good luck to new customers.

do not work here. the managers will only promote who they are friends with. They told me im too immature but the guy they promoted twice in a row who goes out to drink with them says all the time how he wants to bang the CEO. The cultivation management team and probably all the management teams are unprofessional. its like a frat. they dont care about your experience or qualifications told me my "MBA wont matter out here" not a classy place to work. not worth 11.50 an hr. not at all.
