I loved my visit with DocMJ! Dr. Fee was kind and knowledgeable, and took her time to explain all the options available to me. She made me feel welcomed, understood, and answered every question I had with wonderful information. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, they greeted me with a smile and got me back to see the doctor fast. It is hard to get them on the phone, but you can easily fill the information out online on the website- and someone will call you ASAP. I scheduled my appointment with them when they called. You can also just go up there in person. I highly recommend Dr. Fee and this office!

I did not have a very pleasant experience. I called with questions and after my contact info was verified was told that I would receive a call w/n 1 to 2 days; that was almost 2 weeks ago. So today, as I’m headed back to work from lunch, I stopped by the local office and was greeted nice and professionally, but while speaking with her about my concerns and the fact that no one had returned a call to me, Dr Fee opened the door to say something about another patient, and the receptionist turned and carried on a conversation with her as if she and I were not in the middle of a conversation, as if I were not even standing there. And NEVER apologized, and when I complained she acted as if my complaint was not valid. This is not the type of customer service I am used to, and NEVER will be. I’ll kindly take my business elsewhere.

My overall experience was pleasant here. Staff was friendly and down to earth. Pros: Staff was friendly, Process was smooth, Location was easy to find Cons: Waiting room was small and had nothing to break up the awkwardness in the waiting room. Staff seemed overwhelmed with patient volume at times.
