This place is not HIPPA compliant. If you want your privacy protected as a patient go elsewhere. They have you sign in on a clipboard that has a list of every patient being seen that day...full names and date of birth. Not HIPPA compliant AT ALL. Blatant violation. The doc also will only give you THC orders not both THC and CBD which you pay for both and should rightfully get both. He will make you come in more frequently than the state required 2x per year just to make more money

I wish there was some way to have the appointments covered by insurance, but the staff was friendly and professional. The doctor I saw was very nice and respectful, and made sure I was clear on future steps I need to take in order to get my official prescription card processed.

Dr. Decerce in the Jacksonville office is great. He will take the time to answer any questions and make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable regarding the medicine before you leave. There have been a few bumps in the process, mostly clerical type errors/growing pains which are resolved by a phone call which is to be expected in this new, constantly changing rules, regulations, and so on. I consider myself lucky to be a patient of Dr. Decerce and Green Health.

An absolute joke!! Good luck ever getting an appointment that isn't cancelled at the last minute. Or try showing up for one and place is closed. Yes this has all happened and I still can't get seen, so much for caring about patients needs and ending suffering.

In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
