Trulieve Jacksonville is a great dispensary! The experience is genuine and you feel very taken care of. They have a lot of options and the employees do an outstanding job explaining usage. The inside of the dispensary has a very modern and friendly atmosphere. The inventory on the website, everything is always out of stock, which is a bit of an inconvenience but other than that I would recommend Trulieve Jacksonville !

Very friendly and welcoming staff! The business is really picking up, and I'm impressed with the ideas and additions to the service that keep the customer load moving as it is getting busier! The products are always great! And they are always adding new products and being innovative! I want to add that my very favorite person there is Jesyka! She is so very informative and patient and friendly! I can't state enough good things about her! She makes me feel confident about the products I'm using! Trulieve has become the best dispensary around by far!

Trulieve products are really good compared to other dispensary’s in Jacksonville. They have more selection and I like the products most. However they have extremely long wait lines and there express lane has never been express for me. Today I drove 1 hour to get here, was the 1st person in line standing for 15 minutes. I have an express line order but I have to exchange a cartridge that they sold me a week ago that does not work in any of my 3 pens. They took 5 people ahead of me because of a fault in there product. (My online order didn’t count since I had to exchange the broke cartridge they gave me) I will now be late for work and still have an hour drive back. Very disappointed Also they have new staff each visit and they all tell you something different every time. Some discounts are stackable and others are not. Check the website before you go in and show it to the staff. I can’t wait till we get real dispensaries in FL.....Until then Trulieve has the best products.

Awesome staff. Nice and cool air conditioning every time. The THC 850mg is awesome and The 1:1 THC CBD is the best $ per MG also they've got superior THC oil Compared to another tried dispensary and way better prices than like 3 other options and strain options. Just call to make sure they have that exact product in store before showing up
