I had a great first visit to their office. Gloria and Dr. Zhang were both very friendly and easy to talk to. They took the time to listen and I never felt rushed or judged. Overall a pretty smooth process.

CannaMD walked me through the qualification process, showing great professional and personal care along the way! The doctor I saw was, again, very professional but he also made a point of addressing me by my preferred nickname (Jack) and that, alone, should tell you what they're all about. He had a great bedside manner and showed some genuine empathy in regards to my tragic past and dire present circumstance. I would absolutely recommend CannaMD to anyone in a heartbeat!

The experience started out on the wrong foot due to my previous doctor's (Dr. Carl Hardy) decision to move on after indicating to me that he was going to work for you folks. Gloria, the nurse, was very personable and professional. Dr. Zhang was also well schooled in the use of medical marijuana, particularly for my issue of severe chronic pain. I have 2 suggestions: include the names, academic backgrounds and specialties on your website. I prefer knowing something in advance about those treating me. Secondly, get Bryant some help on the customer service line. He did well but seems to be overburdened.
