My experience here was amazing. It was an easy online process and the Jacksonville location was very nice. Dr. O treated me like she had known me for years and talked to me about concerns I had with previous health issues as well as talked about treatment options. I would highly recommend this office to anyone starting the process.

Staff was very friendly! Arrived early, was easily checked in and seen by Dr. O on time. She was very efficient. Went over everything I needed to know and listened to my personal concerns so we could tailor my needs accordingly. Jeff was also awesome, when I called back later to ask a few questions about my login to the state site he was super helpful and gave me some really good information on transdermal gels. Loved the experience! Thank you!
