Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know their products and are very good with recommendations. There is off-street parking at location. They are often very busy, expect to wait 30-40 min on average; first time patients without an appointment will be longer as you must meet with the pharmacist before going in to purchase product.

UPDATE: Contacted company and was told I can bring it back after back & forth emails. Went to dispensary and it was handled with no problems. Original review: Purchased G pen. Smells and taste like plastic caused me to vomit uncontrollably. Contacted company via email and so far have been told that and unless it’s defective they will not take it back. I feel the item is defective and that if it is tasting like plastic and smelling like plastic then the customer should be informed prior to the purchase. I purchased this for dry leaf obviously not to make me ill. Why would I ever think that the pen would not only taste like plastic but smell like it as well. I can’t possibly be good for you. The whole reason behind leave marijuana and the products that you have for us is to make us better not worse. I truly believe you need to work out the kinks in his pen, stop selling it or put a disclaimer on it for patients that it will smell & taste like plastic and may make you ill. This product is not worth one cent the way that it is manufactured currently. I believe that this item is defective in itself.

The staff is pleasant and very helpful. They have to deal with those who are just buying legal marijuana vs. patients who have either lost their other pain control meds and have to learn how to use marijuana and those for whom marijuana has shown great promise in treatment. It's a new industry in the state and there has been supply problems as well as long wait times. But those have seemed to become managed as happens with any new endeavor.

I really enjoyed my first visit here. Although i do not presently have my own card, i helped my disabled mother to go. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to get my own card to be able to purchase their products as they seem to help my mother with her pain. I have chronic lower back and leg pain from degenerative disc disease and also had elbow replacement which causes pain.

Love you guys always happy to be here. 25 years old and should not have been on 8 medications and with their help I was able to wean off. I feel so much better and more motivated in my life. Wonderful staff they genuinely care about you and how you are doing I love talking to Erin i (hope I got your name right) she is so friendly and she as well as everyone else will take the time even if it is busy to make sure you are getting what will work best for you.
