COOL is the word I would use about the little asian Girl,I am so sorry I forgot her name who helped me and my wife .I am Old School and quit smoking a few years ago. Due to health problems I am back to start again.Your girl showed us everything in a slow learning manner..She had patience with our questions and didn't try to push one product that was the expensive one but helped us figure out what would work for us..
