Wow!!! Just visited this place again and got the best customer service I have received in a long time. All the clerks are very informative and made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. The store is well decorated and very clean and organized. I'll definitely be back in the future. I have been here over a handful of times and every employee is so friendly and helpful.

As a first time visitor to the island and Ivy I was very happy with my experience there. I got some edibles and flower, both were quite good quality and really did the trick for me. The staff also was helpful when it came to picking out those items, since I wasn’t sure which ones would be best for me. Thank you guys for a fantastic job!

I loved this place from the moment I stepped in, the environment of the store first got me very open and welcome. Though the bud tenders here truly sold me on this place, from the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted and never felt like any question was to silly to ask. This may have been my first visit but definitely will not be my last. Thank you guys!

Really disappointed by the customer service. I was waiting to be helped as staff was helping the other customer when a woman walking in staff started helping her despite the fact that I had been patiently waiting there for at least five minutes at that point. I left after that without making a purchase as staff clearly saw I was there waiting first but didn’t seem to want to help. There are plenty of other places I can go with much better service. Won’t be going back.

Was a wide selection and friendly staff waiting when I arrived, was able to find what I needed at a great price. Loved the local art that decorated the walls inside the place! Will be going back for sure.
