The worst clinic I have ever delt with waited a month to get an appointment got there and was told. The internet was down for the day and I would have to re book for another another appointment. Waited another month for my appointment finally got a chance to talk to the doctor on the computer I told him. That this is not my first time using medical marijuana and that I have had 3 prescriptions in the past for 5 grams a day. My last prescription expired a few months ago and I was at 5 I always have been for the past 4 years now. Dr Lee then stated that he was only going to prescribe me 4 grams a day and that he would be decreasing the amount per day. I tried to inform him that I needed to stay at 5 a day because that is what iam use to doing every day. The more I tried to explain myself and my needs the ruder he became with me and then abruptly ended our session and did not prescribe. Me anything I ended up having a bad anxiety attack and panic attack I asked yo speak to someone about what was going on. No one would even talk to me. Finally after sitting there shaking from the anxiety the councilor came out and asked me what was. Going on I tried to explain to her what was happening she told me there was nothing they could do to help me. She became rude as well and told me to find another clinic or buy recreational marijuana instead lol. What kinda clinic are you running if someone has been doing something that helps them why change it ? After all Iam the patient and know what works for me and what doesn't who are they to tell you well we dont like. It so this is how it's going to go well that's not right now iam in desperate need of proper safe access to medical marijuana and oils. I strongly recommend that you do not use this clinic yes they are free but you get crappy service and told. That they know what's better for you when in fact they don't even know me how do they know what's best for me I should have the right to meditate how I want. And after 4 years of having a prescription and medicating with 5 grams a day which works for me and always has. Then to be told well well we are changing everything and this is how things are going to go and if you don't like it too bad. My whole experience was a complete waste of my time and my doctors time who worked hard to provide them with everything they needed. Now I'm back to square one again so frustrating and leaves me with a feeling of hopelessness and frustration...

Nice people but could use improvements in service and atmosphere. The building needs work and if your hoping to make medical marijuana more mainline than pick a more upscale and professional building, less crowded space. Staff: The practitioner was late, the doctor was nice but the video conferencing was bad toward the end as it was breaking up. The counselor was polite, pleasant and informative.

All the staff has been very helpful every time I have gone to this clinic. Once your paperwork is in and you have your initial appointment the follow up appointments are a breeze. The cannabis counselling is very helpful as well, especially for people new to the system or new to cannabis. The cannabis counselor will do most of your registration paperwork for you and they are very knowledgeable about medical cannabis. You can also call or e-mail anytime with questions or concerns. They are also covered by OHIP so it hasn't cost me a cent. It is well worth it in my opinion.

The staff at the Wharncliffe office are amazing. Delene is the best councillor. Always full of information and ideas. Never in a rush. Always have time to explain the answers you seek. All the staff there are great!

Excellent experience! The staff were extremely helpful as always. In and out of the appointment very quickly with all of my questions answered. I love how quickly my prescription was sent to the Licensed Producer and that the Client Counselor is so efficient, and knowledgeable !

I have been dealing with the Wilkins St. Location for over a year now and love the service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I bombard them with questions and they are quick in response. The doctor is wonderful and cares.

I found the clinic, with the help and referral of my family physician, at a point in my medical journey where I was out of options. Pain medications were ineffective or caused side effects as difficult to contend with as the pain they were treating. I walked through the doors of the Canadian Cannabis Clinic totally overwhelmed and fearful of being judged. The staff are FANTASTIC! Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate from reception, through nurses and doctors, to the counsellors. They made the process so simple and had answers for all of my questions. After having my initial fears calmed so thoroughly by the staff I have always felt respected and included in my treatment. I enjoy working with their team! This treatment was a last ditch effort to control my pain and provide quality of life. The Clinic has definitely exceeded my expectations and needs!

Receptionist was very unprofessional. Intake nurse didn't introduce himself and steamrolled over me with questions, interrupting me and not letting me finish. The doctor i saw didn't have all my information, wouldn't listen to me and had several things about my case wrong. Very rude and I felt so ignored and insignificant.

Very lovely place and the staff went above and beyond for me and my family. I am the caregiver of my mother and my sons had to come along. They made sure we were all set and had everything we needed. 100% recommend. Receptionist was AMAZING!!!
