This place has the worst communication ever. We went through so many hoops to get referrals and make the app. They knew I was 24 and I had my kids babysat drove over an hour to get there for my appointment for them to send me home telling me I'm under 25 so I need parental consent. So more hoops did that summited it than they call and they said we don't take anyone under 25. Well why didnt they say that at the other appointments what a waste of time. Use a different clinic.

Terrible communication and customer service. it takes 3 weeks to get a return phone call, appointments are always shifted a week before the actual appointment should be either making u come in early or waot another 2 weeks
