The staff here has been awesome and so knowledgeable. They have helped me get all of my necessary records, answered any weird questions I’ve had, and they’re friendly to boot. I hear this office is moving soon, but the town st. location is easy to find and they have lots of helpful signage. Amazing advocates and patient care staff.

Carly & Anna were two smiling faces that screamed compassion and genuine care. I walked in a bit confused and (being illegal all my life), somewhat feeling weird that it was really happening!! They made me feel comfortable and eased ALL of my worries. These people bleed compassionate care while also providing proper and law abiding services to help those in need. If you don’t have your paperwork needed (doc references)... they will rapidly help you solve that problem. They are great people and I am very grateful for the work they put in to make this happen for us Ohioans. Go here, you will not be disappointed. They truly made me feel like this was a smart choice. Thank you to the whole staff. You all were great!!

Ohio Marijuana Card made this process super simple. I'm a disabled vet with 3 qualifying conditions. Office staff was prompt, courteous & professional. Dr. Moy is easy to talk to and has all the answers to any questions that we perspective patients may have. I even got a $60.00 discount for being a Veteran. i would recommend Ohio Marijuana Card to anybody that has a qualifying condition.

Exceptionally well run, genuinely friendly, and incredibly professional medical establishment. Karli is an amazing medical worker who is remarkably informative, truly kind, and wonderfully caring to every single patient. And Doctor Moy is ultra efficient, hard working, and deeply dedicated to giving her best to help all her patients. My experience here was the very best I've ever had when going to a doctors appointment.

Carly at reception is amazing and extremely helpful with questions and concerns, as soon as I met with her I felt I was being taken care of. Dr. Moy is awesome and had already reviewed my records so she was able to make a painless determination on my condition pending a quick and easy physical. You can tell they take their patients seriously and are very quick to respond to emails and calls.
