Wonderful experience! From the first email to the first phone call to the appointment everyone was very helpful in helping me get everything I needed to get my Marijuana card. This was something I thought was going to be so stressful and they helped make it a piece of cake. I was so stressed before my appointment but the Doctor was wonderful very nice! Was a pretty smooth process.... only issue I ran into, which was minor and easily corrected, was I received a call late Friday afternoon about paying for the next days visit, but when I called a couple of hours later they were closed. This caused them to temporarily cancel my appointment, but I called in the next morning when they opened, and it was all taken care of after payment. I was able to keep same appt. time, in fact I was seen about an hour early. Other than that, it was a very smooth process, and all the staff I spoke to were very helpful.

Dr. McKnight was wonderful, he went over my condition and spoke with me about what I needed to do for my future as well as getting me renewed. Very educated and was very polite. Some Physicians act like some patients are just numbers, Dr. McKnight did great making the Telemedicine appointment feel like it was personal. Thank you!

I thought the process was very fast and easy to get my Ohio marijuana card approved and available to me. The people I spoke with we're very helpful and also willing to assist me if I needed any help and getting proof or documentation which is a big bonus.. the process of having doctors available online with telemed is also a lifesaver for me especially during the time with covid-19 which is the way I chose to do it that way me and the doctor could talk online instead of having to go out and be around others who might not be taking it as serious. My all-around experience so far with getting my card was simple and easy so I am looking for next year to doing my renewal.
