Excellent service. I was initially was going to see a doc referred by my pcp under large & well known hospital—— said office was all over the place and had me wait a week to see a doctor for this. This service is AMAZING! I was certified by a doctor and had my card within an hour! I filled out some quick questions and provided documentation of my qualifying condition. That was sent to a certified doctor and I kept the browser open and waited about 10 minutes until I was greeted via video chat by the doctor. We talked about my condition and how MMJ could help, and I was approved immediately. 20 minutes later I got the card activated by the state MMJ department. I was blown away by how fast and easy this process was. 10/10 would recommend this service!

DONT DO IT! I was charged 150 to get my Card and was approved if i got a note from dr which I did a couple weeks later. I was told that there is no time limit on getting the note. When I gave them the note they tried saying my 150 was returned and that I needed to pay 109 invoice because my funds had expired after 30 days. My funds were not returned and no where does it say they would expire after 30 days. This is a scam to get more money. I’ll be seeing a local dr they can keep it the crooks!

Nuggmd is unprofessional and their workers are incompetent. They lead you on and make up excuses to prevent you from going elsewhere and are slow to say the least. I'm not sure if its the employees or the business as a whole, but it ended up being a waste of time for me. I dealt with Adam, who just makes up reasons for delays as he goes along to basically hold you over. He told me NY Dept of Health website was down, when it was not. Me and a friend applied at two different sites and he had his nydoh temporary card within a hour while I was strung along for days. There are many better companies out there. Go elsewhere!!!
