I've been to a few other dispensaries in the city (MedMen and Etain so far), and never felt as comfortable and welcome as I did at FP Wellness. From the moment I walked in the door, Adriana at the front desk was incredibly friendly and kept me engaged in fun conversation while I waited a little longer than I anticipated. Once in, the consultation was very informative with Duclas, who helped me understand the differences between all of the cannabinoid compounds and the treatment options available, and he gave me some great recommendations to try. They have a wide selection of brands and intake methods, and pricing is pretty average for NYC (~$70/month vape supply). After I decided on a few products, Jason showed me how to use each one and we even had a nice conversation about our shared experience with cancer, which was just icing on the cake of this fantastic experience. I will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend checking them out for yourself!

I got quite a lot out of the consultation at Fp Wellness. The conversation helped me understand more about the vapes and chews and helped redirect me to what would be most effective for my needs. Comfortable conversation with a knowledgeable team. I will be back!

Firstly, I really hate giving bad reviews. In a way 2 stars is an inaccurate because I have not received any service. Really it’s zero stars, but I give two as benefit of the doubt. AlSo because I hate doing bad reviews, so I’m mellowing it out a little bit. I have contacted them two days ago to set up an appointment. I placed an order and I asked them to confirm. nothing came via email, phone call or text even though I left all the information So this morning I was on my way to show up for an appointment that I assumed was honored. Just to remind you - We are in May 2020 so commuting is a challenge. So is planning, getting cash, etc. Once I showed up at the location they notified me that they were not ready to see me that I should instead use a certain email address to set up a phone appointment prior to coming in person. That information was not on the website. I asked to have a phone conversation right then and there since I was already at the location and I could easily use my phone as could the Doctor Who would interview me. I was denied that option. I explained the hardship of arranging multiple trips and the young lady informed me that she has to make trips twice a week in order to work which was totally beside the point. I appreciate the social workers’ work so this is not about diminishing the effort of people putting into showing up at work but it really had nothing to do with asking patients to make multiple trips because of unclear information and lack of flexibility. I regret to cross off this dispensary of the list of places I’ll Ever visit again.

In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
