My wife came here and I was just accompanying her it was a roughmorning but Amy was great she was supportive she was informative she helped us move do the paperwork very quickly and I feel like she made this all feel very normal and like it was something where we can truly depend on them if we're at a pinch and they also provided additional resources for advocacy and so that as patients we know our rights.I just want to stress again Amy was awesome and everyone should come back to see her

It’s an absolute nightmare to deal with this company! Nobody knows what the hell they are doing... the people at the call center blame the incompetence on the employees that work at the office and vice versa. My wife and I have been getting the run around with these people for months and nobody seems to know the process, or maybe they just don’t care. Either way, we be taking our business to ‘DE Green Medical’ instead... and I suggest anyone who is considering using Canna Care to do the same.

I called about renewal for my prescription. I was greeted on the phone with a kind and friendly welcoming voice. Her name is Ursula, her customer service was on point! This is very important to me, customer service says a lot about a company. Canna Care - Moorestown hit the mark with Ursula. I was so impressed with her knowledge, patience with my questions and kindness that I asked if I could speak to her supervisor to let the company know what a great job one of their employees was doing. I then was able to reach out to her supervisor Erica, who was just as kind, patient and knowledgeable as Ursula. I have been seeing this Dr. since before the switch and I am very impressed with Canna care. Keep up the great work!

They made it a very simple process for me, meeting the doctor and everything else. I was a little confused after and called, I spoke to Adrienne who was so helpful and nice. I applied and paid now I’m waiting for my card now. It will truly help with my PTSD and im so glad canna care is around to help!!! If you’re not too sure in what to do, call them.
