I have been to several Puff City locations and the one in Milford Ct is by far the friendliest and well stocked store. The gentleman that run the store treat you with the upmost respect and guide you through your purchases with great knowledge. There are closer locations that I pass everyday to work and I go out of my way to shop at the Milford store due to the fact they are well stocked and so polite. Would be lost without them.

Can’t express how good their service is - Non intimidating staff, fair prices, honest opinions, remote location, they cater to each individual and addresses their specific needs and steer you in the right direction. The goal isn’t JUST to make money, but for you to feel confident and happy about your purchase and look forward to using that new device or that new flavor of e-liquid. Focused on helping you quit smoking and use the alternative, or simply just enjoy your vaping experience. Would highly recommend you check them out.

Puff city has excellent customer service even for people who aren’t looking for a smoking or Vape option. They also have an excellent selection of high-quality Kratom and CBD which is great for people with cancer. I am impressed with Jay’s knowledge and his concern. Thank you brother I will be back

Wide selection of tobacco, tobacco products and other related items such as CBD Oil. Appreciated knowledge of the staff and literature given to me on the benefits of Green Roads 350 MG. As benefits are for varying ailments, I feel it works positively on reducing inflammation. Since there are varying levels of potency, I would suggest that you go and try it for yourself while determining what level works best for your body..

Dr. S was wonderful. He assessed my daughter (who has a multitude of mental health issues) as well and myself (I suffer from anxiety). Dr. S was compassionate, empathetic and professional. Not only was the application process seamless, when I had problems renewing our cards (through the government site), he was extremely responsive and made sure that everything was in order so that we received our cards quickly and effortlessly. I would highly recommend Dr. S/Elite Alternative Medicine.

The service and follow up at Elite have been great. Tough times and we are limited with having appointments changed or canceled but they made the process easy & clear!! Facetime was a HUGE plus & smooth process. Sam's follow up much appreciated! Doctor Adam's very knowledgeable!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful, my appointments have started right on time, and I left knowing exactly what to expect and feeling confident.
