The store is well organized but the sales associates aren’t really welcoming and that’s the thing I look for when I go into any store. Also they don’t communicate much with customers as they are too busy fiddling around with their phones. Very poor service!

Good selection of product and equipment at reasonable prices. Nice decor. Poor service. I walked in, cheerfully greeted the young woman behind the counter and informed her what I was looking for. She told me we have ‘this’ and pointed at an item on the counter price sheet, no other info or engagement. After my receipt printed, I perused the displays while I waited for my order to be filled from the back room. Despite my clear interest, she immediately ignored me, calling her coworker over from the door to show him a video on her tablet. Furthermore, the website offers NO contact information, which would have been a huge red flag if I’d noticed before. I’m not normally one to ‘Yelp’ places but the management hasn’t left me an alternative way to contact them regarding my experience. Facebook and Twitter don’t count. Delta-9 has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I’d suggest spending your money there if you want assistance, or general service, with your purchase, or if you have concerns about there being anyone to speak to if you encounter issues.
