I took my 76 year old mother into the store for CBD oil. Jordan on that helped us with info and product. The manager Shannon and her staff are amazing. I and my family always feel welcomed in the Thompson store.

Many items "in stock online" aren't actually in stock when you visit store. Waste of time going there, considering all the in stock items are dirt. Easier and hassle free MoMing

No actuall customer service, went it there looked at a display case decided on a strain go the the counter to then to be told that there sold out and to look in the catalog for what they had. None of that information was posted on the case only in the catalog and no staff felt they should inform me that I was clearly wasting my time looking at a display case.
