This has been my second visit at Canna-Doctors in Tampa and the staff there us phenomenal!!! Karma is always so pleasant and helpful and is a unforgettable as her name. The doctors make you feel very comfortable and will not rush you through your appointment. Ask as many questions as you need about your medication and they are ready to help. The doctor is patient and genuine. The office staff is knowledgable and helpful with updated information about the changes in the laws effecting medical marijuana. The price for evaluation was the lowest I found compared to other doctor offices. I was able to send off my information to be approved by the state after I left the office. I am so lucky to have found this doctor, after being screwed with money time and false information from other doctor clinics doing evaluations.

I have not been into the office so it could be great. HOWEVER, the lady who I dealt with on the phone was completely unprofessional and condescending. I do not know her name but she needs to be trained on patience with new clients. The website clearly states that you do not pay unless you qualify to get a medical marijuana card. I called on the phone and she asked for my disorder and whether I had any documentation of that. She was sarcastic saying "that means just what it says.." multiple times. IM SORRY IVE NEVER BEEN TO A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CLINIC BEFORE and God forbid I have a few simple questions! She then stated "it is $200 dollars for the appointment" there was no point in arguing with her or what the website said so I thanked her and hung up. Get a new front desk staff.
