We love the Tetra Health Team! Started with them at Brandon and followed them to their Tampa location. Dr. Scott is a very caring Dr. who is the most knowledgeable about Cannabis medications we have encountered. Their clinic staff are so warm and welcoming to us. They are family!

Don't go here. This place has let my recommendation expire 6 times in less than 2 years. They also raised their price by 100 dollars. They closed offices and didn't tell clients. The doc. Is nice but this place is a joke. So un organized and they also don't follow up with appointments.

I can finally write a positive review and not wonder about this company. I’ve been a patient here for 9 months and while my initial experience was fantastic, Tetra had to close their offices that were near me shortly after I got signed up. There were some major bumps in the road for Tetra and they dealt with the customer service issues with persistence. I spoke up about my concerns and I have not had a single issue since. I am impressed that they are living up to their word because I will not do business with companies that treat their customers like they don’t matter. As a result, I have recommended Tetra to several of my friends and some acquaintances. I think their price and procedures are not only fair, but better than the others I have called or heard about. A hassle-free experience. Today I just got an email describing the next steps I need to take to stay on the registry next year, with plenty of time to schedule an appointment so I don’t get a gap in prescriptions. It’s really nice to see a company change for the better, it doesn’t happen often.

Thank you to the staff of Tetra Health Centers for taking great care of my mother. Thank you for your patience with me and all my questions as well. This is a whole new world so were both very cautious. Hoping this move to Medical Marijuana can help her pain and recovery. We are both so much more comfortable and hopeful after our certification process with Tetra. Anyone looking to the potential use of Medical Marijuana should come see this group.
