I am so pleased with my visit. Nora is the friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful office manager who makes things easy and professional. Dr. Lapuz, the new doctor, is also amazing and knows so much about the uses of medical marijuana. He spent a good deal of time with me and explained everything so clearly. The customer service is excellent! Most definitely would recommend them.

Don't fall for ORLANDO 420 DOCTOR bait and switch tactics. Saw an ad for $85 online for a full year evaluation. Called and setup an appointment and was charged 4x that amount. After the first month found out I had to go back and get renewed. Cannot believe Florida lets this crooked operation continue.

Very compassionate, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I've suffered from chronic pain for years, this was one of the only doctors who truly seemed to understand. He didn't treat me like i was faking my pain to get medication. They've truly been helpful in getting me the right treatment.

Very good service at the beginning. They seem to be understaffed behind the scenes. After I received my state approval letter they asked me to email it to them with my preference of dosage form, which I did. I waited two weeks and no response. Finally I called them and things began to roll (no pun intended) again. And that’s why I gave them a 4 star, otherwise, they are great.
