I am reviewing this SPECIFIC Trulieve location. My experience as a long time customer with Trulieve has been great in general, but this location did not meet my expectations for a Trulieve store. From the outside the parking lot was full and did not even look like a parking lot but rather like small parking area with big grass area around where people park any way they want. After checking in online, which is a feature I like about Trulieve, that it tells you the approximate waiting time , the wait time said 5 minutes so I check in about 3 minutes before getting there. After waiting for more than half hour , go inside and was told that there are still 20 people in front of me. It was already 7:30pm and they didn't seem surprised nor bothered that people waited so long anxiously. Definitely this Trulieve store needs updating in and out!!

Average experience. Their ground flower is affordable, but this place is too crowded. The parking is too small, they're short staffed and it took me an hour to get my stuff. The only product I'm interested is their true powder. Nothing else is worth the hassle.
