Iv been shopping here for a little while and it's never the best experience but between their lack of product knowledge, organization, and the recent member benefits change, I don't think I'll be back. After waiting in the lobby for about 30 min and being skipped I finally stand up and ask them what's going on and none of them have a good answer, one guy at least tried to make it right but the rest of the "team" seemed annoyed to help me after I told them I was In a hurry after the long wait and that I was more than likely going to pull my plants from that store. Finally 45 min later I finally get back to the bud room and after 3 people informed the budtender "hey take care of this guy it's been a rough visit and he's in a hurry" he takes his sweet time weighing out my flower and chatting with everyone. These guys have some of the best flower around in my opinion but dealing with these people isn't worth it anymore. The extra star is purely for their products, the staff here deserves a 1.

Pist. Went for 28 g concentrates. Left with none. Sticker says 10.00, but rang in at 13.50. I said something and tender says he could charge me 15 if I want. That's the short of it. I walked out. Not cool. When I first signed over every location was great. What the heck happen? Only a couple left that still treat you like a patient. That's bs

**Edit 11/14/18 this issue just happened again and the front desk told me there is a sale on trim flower so I drive there and the manager says there are no sales and they can't discount any flower... The misinformation at this location would be almost comical if it wasnt for the fact that I wasted gas money driving here over lies.* The front desk always knows what is in stock and sales - they tell you about the bud/sales then you go back and the budtenders know nothing of any sales or even that they have the bud I was -just- told they had. The front desk was right, after leaving me and looking around back they found the trim finally. Happened again like this the next TWO times i came in too. No communication from front to back to managers. It's like everyone is trained on one thing with 0 cross training in anything else, and it's a total mess at this location.
