Claimed my medical card was no good and my downloaded PDF on my phone wasn't acceptable since I'm a new patient. Gave him my login and password to Colorado Medical Card login were you can get the card and download it. He pulled it up but said he had to print it to scan it into the computer, I know. Didn't buy anything.
