Always a good experience here. The staff really knows their stuff and are always happy to help. I feel like I can trust their advice and recommendations. The store is always clean, bright, and well-organized, it never feels cluttered. Prices aren't bad either.

Yes, the weed is great. Some of the best strains in Vancouver. But here's the bad news: This place wreaks like old armpits and feet. Garbage. A dispensary is supposed to smell like good weed you know, the pearly gates like every other dispensary. But not this one. Only giving 2 stars for the display and presentation of the products and the strains they provide. As soon as I walked in I almost puked. I Was pressured to buy the most expensive strain when I specifically asked for the lower priced strains. Not the best of dispensaries but fabulous strains if you can pay $35 an eighth..... no deals at this dispensary folks.

This weed shop is meant for tourist. There's no notion of customer retention and loyalty here, don't expect anything from them if you are not satisfy with your purchase.

This was my first choice for coming to my first dispensary and I will never forget it. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who were willing to answer all of my questions and be so patient in listening to me needs for using medicinal marijuana and all of my options I could choose from! Truly a wonderful dispensary and I'll be so happy to go back again!! Thanks Guys!!

As a foreigner, I really enjoyed this store. As soon as you come in you can smell that slight delicious odor of herb. Staff is quickly busy but they are the more professional I have seen in Vancouver. You can choose between about 20 different buds. The quality seems exceptional, I tried a "Staff picks" strain for 14 bucks a gram and have not been disappointed at all. We can feel that these weeds have been grown really properly, like you were smoking God's pot. This store is a must-have for every THC and CBD smokers, should try it.

Vancity has knowledgeable and friendly staff who will listen to your needs and suggest the best products for you. That being said, since all of this dispensary's products are top of the line, you really can't go wrong walking away with anything. When I tell people I go to Vancity, they usually respond that it is too expensive. It may have higher prices than other dispensaries, however you're paying for better service, ethical business and the latest and greatest products. I have overcome several life threatening addictions and mental health challenges using cannabis, including paranoid schizophrenia. 90% of the cannabis I used was from Vancity Weed. The irony of this is that using cannabis helped me see that I was not mentally ill at all. I was just angry. And cannabis helps me manage my emotions and make life enhancing choices. Cannabis is the gateway to living a very good life. Vancity Weed is the best dispensary in Vancouver, especially for new users.

Not a good place for people with mental disabilities or for people who watch the news and pay attention to world events. I have Tourette’s and Assburgers and I am unable to completely control what comes out of my mouth... It seems that my disability has offended some of the staff. I have been coming here for years, ever since this location was opened. I would assume that because of the area the store is located in, tollerence and acceptance would be the vibe..so because of my sometimes embarrassing disability I go there. And for a time, it was good... Until I had to deal with three people who worked there. I am very offended and rather confused as my ticks do not involve or include “hate speech” rather, they are usually politically related (I don’t know why that’s just what the illness seems to like going on about). I am recommending that they rest of the mental health community avoid this place due to the excessive sensitivity and overall insecurity of a few select staff members. Go to Pain Management Society, they don’t judge you there and the prices are much cheaper for the same stuff.

Shortly after purchasing product today, I started to unscrew the lid and noticed that it seemed very loose, although I opened it carefully the contents spilled out onto my hand. Additionally there was a very small insect in the product that spilled out. I traveled back to the store and calmly explained what happened, I was told the policy somewhat rudely by the supervisor on duty. Judging from her bad attitude I said that I was "probably not coming back" and she abruptly said "sweet" to me with an antagonistic look on her face. I've never been treated this way by any business before and this is my first time writing a bad review.
