So I have been going here for 3 years. Every day. They know me well. Tonight I went in and forgot my wallet. My gal was with me. She had the cash and wanted some weed. They asked for my ID. I told them I forgot my wallet. They had me step out side while my gal finished the deal. I understand. But I'm 53 years old. And that was the most unprofessional thing I have seen in a weed store. They totally lost my business. I been going there longer than the lady that had me step out side has been working there. Never any thing good anyway. The way I was asked to leave was wrong. Not sure how much money Iv given your store. Its close to my house. That's the only reason I go there. I wasn't buying anything. Nor will I ever again.I gave one star. That's one to many.

Former Employee, never disgruntled. I quit on my own, I can screenshot the info if Greenhand wants to continue to spew lies. Josh the "Manager" has no leadership skills and it shows in his lack of communication. Shop elsewhere for more compassion and communication. This shop lacks integrity. It starts from the top.

I call him Smokey Joe but I think his name is Zach. He knows the buds better than they know themselves, he’s the weed-whisperer, Greyson the ganja guru, Sammy the smoke suggestor. In other words, he helps me get real high. Thanks Pal.

JOSH the STORE MANAGER OF GREENHAND is RUDE TO MILITARY!!!! No Stars!!!!! Josh Say's: GO TO APEX! For Great Deals! For Great Smoke! "APEX IS TWO BLOCKS AWAY on Division!" I have done business at Greenhand in the past. The budtenders do a Really Good Job! They select product well. What I do not like about the store which is two block from my house. One block from my sons! Is that the store has No Regards for Military Service! They care more about their "Policy" Than Reality! I walked in today to ask about getting the "Military Discount". Having been kicked out of the Airforce in the 80s, for smoking pot. I have no MILITARY ID and I can't find my DD214. But I found my old Airforce jacket with my Social Security # on it. That is how your clothes are issued in basic training. I showed it to JOSH the Manager with my Social Security Card. Josh said "No ID no military discount! GO TO APEX if you want a discount!" If a business cares more about the ID than the reality of my service and the store manager tells me to "Go to APEX!!! Essentially calling me a Liar!!!!! I will go to APEX JOSH and celebrate your failure! RUDE TO MILITARY!!!!!
