The customer service rep was friendly and helpful, I just felt out of touch there, it appears to be more in tune to a younger generation or people that like the green stuff 😉. I would go back for Nord replacement coils thoug.

Bought a $40 rig....real nice too..got home and the next day found out it had a small hole..went to return it for another one since i didnt break it..it was already damaged but nothing..they didnt want to change it for another one..nevergoing back

So I have NEVER written a review. But after talking to Curtis here I had to! My husband and I went in and there were people in there, but we had some questions so we waited until the people in front of us left, and I'm glad we did. He actually helped answer EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I had. And he went more in depth about it even went online and helped us find something. Great customer service. I'd go back because of his customer service.
