I have visited this establishment for a little over a year with receiving excellent customer service along with wonderful products. With that said the reason for my low rating is due to return issues. I purchased a cartridge and it was leaking and has such leaked out completely. And was told that it has to be a mechanical issue with it, but to me not being able to hold a seal is a mechanical issue. And the icing on the cake, with leaking out it shorted out my battery pack as well.

Love the people and love the selection both cheap and high end. Outdoor and indoor. Love that. I am on a fixed income and have a weed budget. Keep it up guys.

Super fast, friendly and helpful. The first time I went in I was a complete novice. They were all patient and kind. I send everyone I know here! I've been over 20 times in the last year and never been treated any differently!!!

One of the cheapest best quality stores in the country. One of the best selections all around for every type of consumable products. Staff doesn't accept tips so you don't heave too worry about poor service the next time you come in. Always friendly staff that doesn't make you sign up for stupid members only entrance requirements like most shops. As close to a real dealer as you can get!
