We visited Main Street on 11/2/18 at about 10-10:30pm and we ordered three grams of dabs and a jar of bud labeled as 2 grams. We got home to realize they gave us two of the same type of dabs when we distinctly ordered three different types, so the following night we pulled out our jar of weed and it seemed to be a small amount for a 2 gram jar. My husband weighed it and it came out to 1.0 grams inside the 2 gram jar. Harmony brand. We called to talk to them about it and got put on hold for approx 10 minutes by the time we got through, the woman who answered by the name of Brooke was extremely rude and neither of the people we talked to were very nice. Although they did promise 20% off on our next visit.

Customer service was better than awesome and the store was clean and well kept! The best things about my experience however would have to be the selection but first andas foremost the prices! CRAZY great product for CRAZY great LOW prices! Wish this place was available where I live on the other side of Washington!

Amazing staff except for the man with long straight hair below his shoulders. I have had multiple times and so have other family members with a particular attendant at this store in Longview. Horrible service from him. We always feel talked down to by him and have had him outright call out private information across a store full of people when he could have just called me by name. I know he knows my name because right after the incident he called me by name which left the question, "Why did you not just call me over by name and tell me the problem in private?" ,however because the rest of the staff is always SO amazing I feel terrible leaving this review. It did not seem like proper customer service however and I hope they correct their conduct in the work place so I can update this positively because besides this one person I have had nothing but positive interactions at this store.
