Normally I would give this place 5 stars. Here's the deal. I recently had a routine out patient procedure that went bad. I ended up being rushed to Good Sam where I stayed for the next 4 days because they got stomach acid in my lungs and I ended up with severe pneumonia. My birthday was yesterday, 20% discount for birthday. I placed an online order for some edibles to ease the pain and so forth. Wrote in the special instructions that my wife would be picking up my order since I am sick. The store would not honor my birthday discount even tho I had written them and explained my situation because I was not there in person and my wife offered a copy of my ID. I think I will give my money to a more customer friendly/respectable store. Retailers need to listen to the needs of their customers as individual as they may be,

Online and the person I called and talked to on the phone said today the WHOLE STORE is 10% off today and when I Went in to get stuff they did not do 10%off they are false advertising.

Sick selection, very nice, looks like a bank from the outside. Great edible selection. Everything is well organized and clean. I bought a few edibles for a great value. Wasn't overcrowded. Just bring your ID and be 21.
