I scheduled an appointment for my husband, his information was "sent" to an outside doctor's office and an online consult was confirmed scheduled (by Bluepoint) for today. We never received confirmation from the doctor's office, and when I called to inquire I was told that his information was not in their system. When I called Bluepoint back, I was told the doctor's office's system was down, no appointment was ever made, and asked to wait until Monday. Until I phonef, we had gotten no information about the doctor's office's outage, no heads up that there was no appointment. If I hadn't called we wouldn't have been contacted at all. I'm not impressed so far.

I'm only writing a star for review, only because the system does not allow me to put 0 stars. That's how I described the level of their customer service. These people don't have, in any way possible a sense of what the word INTEGRITY means, nor do they care for their customers. I have been trying for months to take care of a simple issues which is to send me the proper CPAP supplies to my home address, and over and over they have failed to do it right; despite the several conversations I'd had with them over and over, I still have not received them. I'm really disgusted by their "HORRENDOUS" service and lack of CONSIDERATION for their clientele. They need to be put out of business to say the least?

I never even spoke with a real doctor the entire process. Just got a rushed phone call saying "you don't have sleep apnea. Okay bye" I would have loved some more insight or at least know if my test results were "normal". I legit got nothing. Also, trying to return the test was a nightmare. Ended up with a few practice rounds I guess. Anyways, spend your money somewhere they actually care.

They simply stole my money I purchased 10 B12 shots for $100 at the Woodbridge location because it was so convenient for me, after i used 5 shots they simply told me that they were going to close that office and that if i wanted to continue getting the remaining 5 shots i would have to go to Springfield location, their hours there are so limited that made it impossible for me to get there after. So i asked for a refund for the 5 remaining shots and they said they don't give refunds! They keep on moving to different locations making it extremely difficult to continue with the B12 shots treatment, i strongly believe they do it on purpose just to keep peoples money!!!

They have the worse customer service in the world when it comes to replacing CPAP equipment! They never answer the phone when you select the option for medical equipment, they give you a response which says they will call you back in 48 hours. Then you have to play phone tag with them. The website is unsecured so you risk getting your financial information compromised if you decide to just order online. I am actively looking for another company to work with.
