This place is not one I would recommend to anyone due to their customer service, cleanliness, and allotted times for care. My first appointment for my husband and I took over 4 hours and to add insult to injury the front desk staff and the optical staff are rude, snippy and have no regard for people in general. If the Salganik's knew how pathetic this clinic was with patients, I beg to think they would change it completely and immediately.

My husband went one day with our 11 year old daughter because she broke her glasses. I am thinking she won’t get another pair until next year so she went with her daddy and picked her glasses and then left. They were a little too big on her little face but she liked the pair she picked! A few days later, I went with her to pick up the new pair and they helped us pretty fast. There weren’t too many people there but when we left all the chairs were filled! And ppl were so rude to the workers! Wish they weren’t so rude like take a seat for a min and compose urself. I love their service and I need to go there again. My daughter broke her glasses again- would I need to make an appointment to be seen or what?

I have been trying to get my broken glasses fixed since April. I understood can't take patients because half the staff had covid but since then I was told frames can't be repaired . I had to buy new frames to have my lenses put in. I ordered, Paid for them . Now still 3 weeks ( they said a week to 10 days) my frames are pending. I just want my money back. so I can go somewhere that cares about their patients. I don't know what I would have done had I not had an old pair. This is September.
