The owner of this business is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, intelligent, patient, caring, and kind. He took the time to explain in detail what my options were due to me needing a bifocal since my job relies heavily on the usage of electronic devices, combined with age, my sight isn’t as it was in my teen years. If you are looking for an authentic East Texas hospitable experience with someone who, in my opinion, is brilliant and possesses the knowledge of more than some optometrist than ETO is the place! My father received his glasses in a timely manner. The price was fair. Customer service was great. Glasses are perfect, received them exactly how he wanted them. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent professional service out front and in the chair. Appointments are timely and the exam is spot on. As a 73 year old, I appreciate this level of outstanding performance. The location is easy no traffic pressure, plenty of parking. The office is facilities are spotless. Highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. First time I've ever gone in to get glasses and was happy when I left. 1st visit was awesome. But when I got my glasses they weren't right. Told to wear them and call back if it didn't improve. Hard to get through on the phone. Got a lot of busy signals or just rings. Prescription was wrong. Hoping today the new prescription will work.
