7/21/2020 @ 12:15pm Changed my 5 star rating to 3. I called before I came to get 1 item. I got there and the wait was too long waiting for someone not buying anything just getting Free samples. I just got up and left without getting what I came for because I was in a rush. To be fair all prior experiences were 5 star. Excellent customer service, atmosphere, and products. I am totally happy with my shopping experience.
