Bought a 2011 Terrain here. When it came time for the warranty to expire I took it here for them to check it over. The service guy praised about their detailed inspection report they give. I didn’t mention to him that all 3 wipers had ripped rubbers on them. The report came back that all the wiper blades were in excellent condition. I phone the manager about this telling him that the inspection was done while sitting at a desk as they missed the wipers and if they looked in the back seat there were new ones there. I traded this terrain to them and bought a 2014 Denali terrain. Soon after I took possession of this I noticed the GPS map wasn’t up to date. I mentioned this to the salesman when I was there. His response was “Oh well” and walked away. After this one of the tire pressure sensors quit reading so I took it back to get it replaced. When I got home I noticed the center cap was missing on that wheel. I called the service manager and told him it was missing. His response was “How do you know it was the one we replaced the sensor in?” I replied because it’s the one that you took off. So he said he would order me one. When I received the replacement along with it came a bill for $180. I again phone and asked why I received a bill for this? Because you asked me to order it I was told. But you didn’t install it correctly when you took off my wheel is why it’s missing in the first place. I was then in the market for a new 2015 GMC truck. I went to the salesman that sold us the previous 2 Terrains. He threw me a set of keys and told me to press the remote button and you will find it. It was -25C outside so we went looking for it but didn’t like the truck. When we came back inside the salesman told us to sit down and sign up that truck. Pretty hard to sell a truck when the salesman doesn’t get off of his chair to show the truck. I went to Ford and they brushed the snow off of a truck and brought it to the door for us while we were drinking the coffee they served us. I’ve bought this truck plus one more Ford since. On my 2014 Terrain the service manager noticed rust showing on the bottom of the doors. He said there’s a recall to fix this issue. Great I though so how soon can you fix this I asked. I’ll put you one the list and call you when I want it brought in. Hopefully soon I asked, no he said as they are backlogged right now and may take a while to get to it but I will call you. We forgot about this until we got a wiper recall. We called Mainline to inquire about the current recall and asked about the rust recall. The service manager said “Oh that expired May of 2018, you’re too late”. I responded that how can I be too late when you put me on a list and were to call me to bring it in? Who was the service manager he asked, as there has been about 3 since then. I don’t know I responded but am still waiting for that call. I received an email from the current service manager that GM isn’t responsible for me missing the deadline and could have taken it somewhere else to fix it. Why would I take it somewhere else when your service manager said he would call me. I was looking to get this fixed as within the year to trade this off for a new vehicle. After having issues like listed above I don’t know why I would purchase from Mainline again. This will be my last GM vehicle purchase.

It was a terrible experience when it was all said and done. Bob the salesman gave me his word they would hold the vehicle and lied to me. Sold the vehicle even knowing I was coming to get it. People should be aware of the incompetence in the company and take business elsewhere.

What is a Cannabis Dispensary?

A cannabis dispensary is a retail store which sells cannabis products and accessories. Since the early 1990's, cannabis dispensaries have existed in the United States. The first dispensary was opened in California, and since then, the nation has been progressing towards cannabis reform. Now, there are thousands of cannabis dispensaries, and more on the way as laws in the United States change towards legalizing medical and recreational cannabis.

Most dispensaries carry a variety of different kinds of flowers and buds. The flowers will range from sativa to hybrids of all sorts to indicas, and depending on state, test results letting you know the percentages of THC, cannabinoids and terpenoids as well as ensuring the quality of the flowers. In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
