So far I am not impressed. Filled out the on line form 4 days ago and left a voice mail 2 days ago. So far there has been zero follow up. I get that this is not an emergency, but if you are running a business treat it as such and be responsive to your potential customers. If you are that busy hire some additional help.

Got my appointment quickly. Within 7 days they returned my original phonecall and had me in the office for my initial appointment about 3 weeks later. Not that unreasonable considering the demand for MMJ services in the state. Everyday there is a line at the Dept. of Health 20 deep getting their medical cannabis card Daily, why not join the club and get the medicine you need and the quality of life and level of comfort it provides and with staggering noticeable results. Don't believe the hype? Millions of Americans and populations worldwide have looked.to Cannabis Sativa for relief from many ails and diseases as well as providing the user a euphoria that cannot be achieved by other means or as safely as marijuana. Please respect the Rhode Island Medical Marijuana Industry in the state and until Prohibition is ended and Marijuana is legal in all states and on all levels of the law then places like B & B Consulting are a godsend to the people who need this medicine daily and would not be able to attain that help without their help. As an ongoing patient and not someone who went to B & B for that one and done licensing program and fee I chose to follow-up with the amazing Doctors on staff here to continue to monitor my progress and treatment and maintain that base contact with them so I always know where I stand regarding this new license and the laws in place. 3 weeks in a row they said they would be calling me in a few days to schedule my appointment, this is for a renewal mind you and not even an initial approval appointment. They seemed annoyed and confused the last 2 times I called. Cannacare docs saw me the same day I called and the doctor was great. Food for thought.....
