Update January 29, 2020: I received a call today from the manager of the clinic, and she took the time to apologize and explain everything In detail as to what the process is in obtaining medical marijuana. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. I appreciated very much receiving this call to clarify and explain everything to me, and I now know what to expect going forward. Thank you for taking the time to call me, it’s very much appreciated! Original post January 18, 2020: I booked an appointment online to see a doctor for a consultation at this establishment. I was charged almost $300 in administration fees which I was required to pay by phone the day before the consultation. The consultation itself turned out to be a 5 minute discussion by Skype with what turned out to be a nurse practitioner in Ontario (which I discovered after the fact), even though all along, I was told I would be seeing a doctor, and was billed for a consultation with a doctor, and not a nurse practitioner. At the consult, I hardly received any information on the different types of medical marijuana I could use. I was told that the « doctor » would write out the prescription I would need, and with that, I could order what she would recommend online, via their suppliers. I never received anything by email, not the prescription, nor any info as to where I could fill out said prescription. I went back to the clinic the following day, and the employee I had seen on the day of the consult denied she ever told me that I was consulting with a doctor. She confirmed that the person I consulted with is in fact a nurse practitioner, and that she never said she would prescribe anything, since she is not allowed to prescribe medical marijuana in Quebec. I was obviously misled/lied to, and so I requested to receive a refund, which was denied to me with the excuse that the owner was out of town and that she was not authorized to refund me.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Don't look further. They helped me with my psoriasis condition. I am now productive, thanks to them. They are well educated in their product and always gave me great advices.

Very thoughtful and caring. My father and I were treated respectfully and punctually. A very clean and safe environment and I immediately felt at ease discussing the wide variety of issues that cannabis is beneficial for. The doctor was thorough and very professional. I look forward now to stopping in to visit and thank them for their care and professionalism.
