I usually have a great experience here but my last visit was horrible and will not go back unless something is done about this discriminating and degrading employee. He didnt even leave his employee id number on the receipts like he is supposed to and printed off my diagnoses on the receipt with my purchase and heavily discriminated against me. All other receipts i have dont display this personal HIPPA related INFO he shouldn't have access to. Id like to know: why my diagnoses were on both of these receipts without his employee id and why he is allowed to of violate my rights and discriminate against me? It started when placed an online order which asked if i was paying by swipe or cash i chose swipe not knowing this didnt mean a credit card i only brought so much cash in pocket. It took 20 minutes to get back when i was an online order and nobody was even in lounge with me so already this wasnt a normal trip to the center. When i was called back the young man whom i dont know a name because he didnt put employee number on either reciept that day as all other employees do, yes both reciepts within 20 minutes from eachother had no employee id so he thinks he can treat whoever with dissrespect, ran my card about 5 times making me put in a pin and he said it was being declined but i told him my information was correct and i checked on the atm to make sure my password was correct which it was. (Mind you i do have the cash on me and my card is blatantly labeled as CREDIT ONLY but he holds onto the card this whole time probably to steal credit card numbers so now i have to watch my accounts) As i stood in awkward silence for several minutes because, he asked me for my patient card several times and was going through the computer looking at my information for I dont know what which scared me. I showed him the reciept from the atm and then he said if its correct then why dont you just withdrawl the money so you can pay with an attitude and i politly advised him its a credit card and showed him that it said credit only. He then began to get louder with me saying how dont i know that cards arent used as payments, they told me when i got my card and so on. Then dug into me about state laws and its aginst the law and so on again... I had money on me the whole time but had to run to my car to pay for the whole order . So i paid for half the order and told him id be RIGHT BACK UP to get the rest i was sorry i didnt know about credit cards as i started to grow tears, and all my money wasnt on me. He treated me like i was lying and ignoring what i just said he went on to say see you next time bye! This is all just crazy but didnt stop there.... I then went to the car to get some more of my money and had to sign up for regestration once again and wait, when i was an online! When i came up and got back in to get the product i left to come back for i was called by HIM again AFTER watching him treat OTHERS with respect he started again, come on daysha he said to me and set the product on the counter and then twice he asked for my identification AGAIN, and i finally paid for my whole purchase. I have never been put on the backburner so much and never have i been treated so arrogantly in a place that i have always felt safe and welcome. I believe he saw my medical information and i was HEAVILY discriminated against while getting medicine i am prescribed. I was very uncomfortable. The Healing Center should make sure reciepts have employee identification numbers on the reciepts as more was said and i cant report someone who works at a medical facility. I have rights to being treated like everyone else at the least and my information is displayed on the reciept his should be as well and i have two receipts showing this in hand! Just crazy! I am a loyal customer, its a shame. I had family driving me and i was in tears by the time i left. It will be a while until i EVER go back. A place called the "HEALING CENTER" shouldn't be damaging to my anxiety, depression, and well being when i visit. 👎😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😢👎

Very nice experience!! From start to finish. Pharmacists was very friendly and knowledgeable about medications. Even had insight on what medication work best for medical conditions. Purchasing was also quick and convenient. Thanks for the Great Care.

Though I have not been to other dispensaries, this one gives me no reason to explore. There is a friendly and smooth service atmosphere. As the staff is well educated, and if lacking they find the answer for ya. I’m able to acquire my stuff quickly and without any problems. Thanks for your service. Shout out to all the staff and their support!! Thanks to Melissa and Cory for the last two visits! They were helpful in changing up some of the products I was working with. So far though I have not had a staff member that wasn’t helpful.
