Staff have always been friendly and helpful at this location. I’ve purchased a number of cheaper water pipes from here which have all been decent quality and ripped nicely. My most recent purchase was a silicone water pipe with an ice catch standing about a foot tall for only around $25. The reason for the 3 star review is their lack of inventory; many times I’ve tried to purchase a quartz banger from here to no avail they are never in stock and many of the pieces have been there for quite some time and are marked at pretty high prices. A decent head shop experience, but not the best option within the tri-state area.
