Travis took my call when I called asking for a particular item. He was very helpful as was the lady who was there when i arrived. I was extremely happy with the customer service and care I received. As a matter of fact, I will be going back there tomorrow morning!!

I love this shop! Leslie helped me make a custom tea blend specific to some vocal issues I’ve been having. It has helped tremendously! The tea, plus my tea flask, plus the local honey she sells... it’s a great combination! One of my favorite things though is the customer service. If you want to browse alone, no problem! But if you ask for assistance, Leslie is always ready to give advice or answer questions.

Amazing customer service and a great selection of products no matter what you are looking for. Jewelry, crystals, herbs, oils, air plants and candles are just a few of the offerings. I am always happy with the quality of anything I have bought from Indigo Boutique & Botanica. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is calm & welcoming. A must-visit in the Meadville area!
