Poor scheduling be prepared to stand in 20 people deep line and no privacy. You will be standing on busy Cumberland st. Prices high too but they do have nice specials

Very disappointed in their prices and selection. This is my "home" dispensary, meaning it's the closest location for me but I typically opt to drive an hour+ for better prices and more variety. My main complaint is they are owned by Grassroots and yet charge more for their grassroots products than any other dispensary. I feel like they're taking advantage of people that can't afford to drive to other dispensaries. I want so bad to support Herbology, but there's not enough selection to even do that. It's definitely worth the drive to visit Rise, Liberty or Keystone Shops instead.

Service was good, but I expect to get what I pay for. When I order a product for an exuberant price in correlation with THC, I expect to receive what I order. Advertised as 32% THC and I get home and it is 26%. I could have saved money getting something else for that amount of THC. I definitely feel ripped off and will be checking my order from here on out.😡🤬
