Everybody I spoke with was super friendly and one of them even showed off some of their cheaper oils that I would not have seen if they hadnt shown me. Would recommend and will definitely stop thru again.

To be clear, I have never posted a negative review, ever. I have been a strong supporter of natural cbd cannibas products for years, preferring them to chemical medicines. I used to think highly of Tamaranz and I do like the friendly floor staff. In fact, I became a member...which I now regret because membership means nothing more to them than taking your money. They do not honor the agreement. I recognize the business operates in a disreputable way and they sell some subpar products. I purchased what was labeled a cbd cannibas tincture for sleep which the staff highly recommended. When I tried it, I discovered there was no discernable cannibas in it at all but it was sold as a cbd cannibas sleep product. It was valerian root and alcohol. It burned my mouth and if you are familiar with valarian root you know it tastes awful. Granted, valerian root is a valid sleep aid, but it is not a cbd cannibas product. I took it back the next day for a refund and not only did they refuse to refund, they refused to replace it with an equal value product. They offered a 20 percent discount on any other product. While this may appear generous on the outside, it is basically making me pay them more money after being duped initially by false advertising and a truly terrible product. This is exactly why the cannibas industry has a bad reputation. Most dispensarys do not behave in this sketchy way and honor their products, which is the norm in upstanding businesses in Oregon. Losing me as a customer clearly doesn't matter to Tamarans. That being said it is my hope your (Tamarans) other customers are cautious when purchasing your products. Fortunately, there are reputable and customer service oriented cannibas dispensarys nearby where salespersons and managers value their customers and provide honest service and accountability. When businesses sell similar products, what separates them is price and customer service...go to River City for excellent value and honorable customer service.
