This place just gained a loyal customer.. there are plenty of places to go in town but this is my new go to. The customer service in this place is unmatched. They take care of their customers. They also have a great selection of anything you would want.. big shout out to Dan and whoever the owner or manger that was there two days ago and took care of my wife.. Thank you guys very much. This location is fantastic. I like both stores in Bend but honestly the people and atmosphere here is always 100% friendly. They know their products well and are always willing to help someone if they are not experienced in the product. I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking to gain knowledge on cannabis.

You are my dispensary, I love substance. My wife came in the other day, she asked for a cartridge and felt there was no help from the young man other than, "What do you want?" Get with it!!! Some consumers are not as savvy as the tenders, make all feel comfortable competitors abound!

Went in with getting something for a concert. Alex helped set us up with a few different items, all of which would be perfect for our venue. He also explained the why. He used a lot of sciencey words, but explained it in a way that was overly understandable! Great people here, all very nice. and very reasonable prices, to boot!

I have done a bit of shopping around at dispensaries in Bend and substance on Division has the best quality marijuana in Bend for the price. They're 5 and $6 a gram strains compared to 10 and $12 a gram strains elsewhere.
