The staff I've interacted with have been upbeat and have a general knowledge of the inventory. Covid safety procedures are well observed which can mean a little bit of a line, but it's usually fast moving; it also gives you a chance to check the catalogue and have your order fairly prepared. All an all I think they'll do well in this city.
